Generally, it takes 3-5 business days, but it depends on your chosen location and the shipping method.

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

What if my package is lost or stolen? +

If your package is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please contact us at mygirlfriendscloset.stl.tt@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue, however, we're not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

What should I do if my item is damaged during transit? +

The postal service accepts claims, which you can submit.

 Can I change or cancel my order? +

For this, make sure to contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Yes, we offer local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store options for customers in the St. Louis area. You can choose this area at checkout.

Can I change the delivery address after shipment? +

Changes can be made within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
